Design Stages
We are now proud to include full 2D and 3D designs upon request. Take a walk into your kitchen, basement, bathroom, and more before we bring any tools to site to ensure you are satisfied with the design. This feature allows you to move walls, add or remove windows/doors, change lighting, see your wall colors, and flooring before the dust and debris of construction begins! Please contact us with any ideas you may have.*
Basement 3D rendering available upon request**. We can also create your kitchen, bathroom, new additions, and full house remodels and more in 3D! Lets create the house of your dreams digitally first so everything can be perfect before the dirty construction begins.
Full 3D rendering available upon request**. Not sure if the paint color you chose will work with your cabinets. We can insert that color into 3D and you can see with your own eyes before we touch a brush to the wall! We have endless options of trim styles, door styles, and room furnishes to turn your dream home into reality after construction concludes.
Optional 3D house tours also available! Take a walk through your dream house and see all your paint, tile, cabinet, lighting, trim work, and more before we set foot onsite!

Pre-Construction
This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision. MHI has a vast list of vendors with a long relationship spanning over 10 years of service. This vendor relationship allows us to keep projects within budget and offer a wide range of options to choose from. The quality our vendors supply is beyond the highest standards of construction. Construction
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk-through to ensure your complete satisfaction.
